Fake Fine – Lyrics Video

I love music more than almost anything. And while we had all these amazing artists release pandemic-music I felt like I was missing out and that I had something to add, so I started drawing lyrics animations.

These are two animation loops I made for the song “Fake Fine” by Robert Grace, an incredibly talented artist. I really enjoyed creating the flow and the morphing of the text, especially the looping part, where “Me” becomes “Bad Luck” in the first one and the reuse of the lines for “But for now” as the artists name in the second one.

The project was drawn and animated in Procreate on an iPad.
