Mkunga – Branding

My friend Damaris started working as an independent midwife and asked me to help her create her new brand.

In order to appeal to the wealthy market that is prevalent in our region I decided to use a serif typeface and muted colors. Because of her Tanzanian upbringing and international attendance, we decided to incorporate Swahili and English into the Logo as well as German.

This project was almost completely done in Adobe Illustrator.
